Since 2015, Takaneo has been supporting Lidl Luxembourg in its communication strategy. This collaboration began with the management of press relations, marking the agency’s first project with a client who holds a special place in our history. Our expertise quickly expanded to social media management, with a strategic approach that enabled Lidl Luxembourg to exceed 50,000 followers on Facebook.

To meet the expectations of this industry leader, we have managed every step of content creation: idea generation, moodboard creation, in-store scouting, graphic production, photo and video shoots or graphic design, editing, and text writing. Our initial campaigns, focused on static content such as Lidl Talks, highlighting customers and employees, or publications related to calendar holidays, laid the groundwork for engaging and consistent communication.

With the evolution of social media usage, we have adjusted our strategies to focus on creating Reels, an essential format that achieves high viewership, particularly among users not subscribed to the pages.

This lasting collaboration reflects mutual trust between Lidl Luxembourg and Takaneo, as well as our ability to anticipate industry developments. We are proud and delighted to have played a role in Lidl’s transition from hard discount to smart discount, and to continue supporting their digital growth.
