Officially, I’m the Happiness Manager. In practice, I make sure no one takes a meeting too seriously and that the lunch break never ends without a cuddle.
My duties: welcoming visitors with enthusiasm (and sometimes a bit too much), easing the pressure of a tense brief by resting my head on a knee, and reminding everyone that a good day often starts with a little walk.
